Below are tips for getting good value Inbound links from external sources.

1. Make sure the Inbound link is not from your own IP Address
2. Make sure the Inbound link has one or all of the keywords in the title of the page
3. Make sure the website or webpage has relevancy for your keyword term(s)
4. Find a site with page rank of 1 or better
5.  Make sure you have Inbound links to more then just the home page.
   1. optawise.com
   2. optawise.com/seo
   3. optawise.com/[keywords phrase here]
6. Make sure you do not use the same Link Text over and over. Spread it out.
7. Make sure that the keywords on the page have a Bold, Underline or Italic format to them.
8. Make sure that the site is not spammy or overpopulated with keywords. 5 to 6% density is good.
9. Review other competitor sites for their links. in Google use this format:
   1. link:optawise.com
10. Make sure sites dont use the nofollow tag other wise you get no value from the link!
11. Page Rank is not the only factor for choosing a site for a link back.
